Requirements:

✔️ Commercial experience with Agile ways of working;
✔️ Commercial experience with Atlassian (Jira) or similar tools;
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince and persuade;
✔️ Highly organized and detail-oriented;
✔️ Willingness to analyze risk and make contingency plans;
✔️ Very good English (speaking and writing);
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office package or similar;

Nice to have:

✔️ Work experience in a similar position or other ones, like Release Manager or QA Lead;
✔️ Working knowledge of Unreal Engine;
✔️ Knowledge of video game development;

Responsibilities:

✔️ Providing assistance to the Game Producer during project development;
✔️ Assistance in planning the project goals and risks;
✔️ Maintaining the project’s Jira and supporting team leads with it;
✔️ Assistance in the coordination of the team’s work processes;
✔️ Participate in the team’s performance assessment process;
✔️ Perform related daily duties;
✔️ Supporting communication process with the publisher;
✔️ Help in solving conflict situations in the team;
