Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is working closely with the Project Managers\Producers and providing support and assistance in all aspects of project reporting, analysis and delivery. You will work collaboratively with other departments (like Financial, Business Development, Operations), as well as support stakeholders to identify cost-effective approaches, leverage existing systems, and help mitigate operational and business risk.

BECOMING ONE OF THE DRAGONS YOU WILL:

• Supporting Project Managers with daily tasks in compliance with applicable company regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Facilitating information flow between Project Managers (PM) and employees
• Create and keep project documentation up to date
• Administration tools tracking: JIRA
• Employee’s data maintenance in internal tools Project-specific support
• Time tracking and absence requests coordination, timesheets data collection, validation and verification with client tool, regular workforce allocation
• Supporting project recruitment process
• Preparing reports/ statistics on PM’s request
• Participation in project meetings — planning, organization

EXPECTATIONS ARE CLEAR:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role: Project Coordinator/ Junior PMO/ Office Manager
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of JIRA (JQL), MS Excel, proficiency in MS Office
• Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to learn rapidly
• Understanding of IT specific, development process
• Basic understanding of Project Management fundamentals
• Passion for videogames industry
