About us

-We are a publicly listed company in Tokyo and one of the largest game development studios in Japan -with more than 700 game creators working with the biggest names in the industry. Ie. one of the biggest titles we worked on includes Bravely Default 2. Our studio is an excellent place to start your new journey in Japan.
*What is our culture and structure?
-Mostly flat and open to sharing ideas
-8 studios with about 60-100 creators in each

How do we work?

-Fully remotely possible around Tokyo with daily and weekly meetings
-Mostly fixed hours 10-19
-Meetings at the office once or twice a month
-Over times occur during crunch times that are not that often (approx. 20-30H/per month)

What do we need?

-Academic Degree (Requirement for Visa application)
-Programming experience (regardless of industry)
-Language: Japanese (preferably N3+ JLPT level)
*taking interviews in English is possible.

Nice to haves

-Using the Unity or UE4 engine
-Programming in C#, C++, Java (or: PHP, Ruby, Perl, Python, ASP, JavaScript)
-Building a LAMP environment
