Unreal Engine Programmer (MID/SENIOR)

With decades of experience from some of the world’s top studios, Fallen Leaf is breaking new ground
with its innovative technology and narrative-based storytelling. After an exciting first year, we’re now
looking to expand our team to work on our forthcoming title Fort Solis. A performance-driven and
character-focused game with AAA ambition and world-renowned talent.

We offer both UK based and Poland based employment with options of on-site, hybrid and remote
working for those who require them.

Requirements and Skills:

• Good level of C++, version 11+
• Understanding of contemporary programming paradigm such as multi-threading
• 2+ year's professional experience
• Shipped at least 1 title
• Understanding of the whole development cycle
• Can-do attitude
• Good communication skills, within programming team and with other disciplines
• Good work ethic - works efficiently and independently

Additional or Desired Skills:

• Good knowledge about Unreal and its best practises
• Knowledge in area of specialised skill, e.g. AI, network, graphics etc.
