And now we’re looking for an EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE & RECRUITING SPECIALIST to join us for our new game Final Form, which is a FPP sci-fi / neocyber project.

What will you do:

• Provide support in tasks including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, process documentation, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers;
• Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Support in research and identifying suitable candidates, discussing qualification requirements, formulating detailed job descriptions, and posting them on recruiting platforms;
• Supervise and take part in the Onboarding and Offboarding processes, adapting to the needs and looking for new trends and solutions;
• Define and address key pain points within employee retention; suggest and implement solutions, development plans for employees;
• Analyze trend data to develop proactive recommendations that mitigate systemic issues and support the continuous improvement of people policies, programs, and procedures;
• Support the Workplace teams’ goals by taking on ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise;
• E-Recruiter - implementation and management of the program for the recruitment process; Update documentation and verify its accuracy in IT systems on an ongoing basis.

What we expect:

• Experience in recruitment is a must - minimum of 2 years;
• English and Polish proficiency;
• Experience in running on/off-boarding programs;
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and data management/reporting techniques;
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills; can articulate a clear message and tailored approach to various audiences across communication channels;
• Strong organization and time-management skills and ability to work independently;
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships;
• Ability to analyze information and processes and draw accurate conclusions;
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality;
• MS Office and GSuite knowledge - especially Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.

• Previous experience with e-Recruiter or other recruitment tools
• Previous experience in GameDev
