Playtika is looking for Unity Technical Lead to join our Warsaw office (hybrid model - 2 days from office/3 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Owners/Architects to develop a strategy for integrating new features and requirements of Playtika mobile games
• Collaborate with Architects/Analytics to meet business requirements of the product
• Collaborate with other team members , often remotely, to solve problems
• Convert complex requirements of new features into development plan
• Champion quality and process improvements
• Mentoring and encouraging learning of software engineers.
• Contributes to the professional development of software engineers

Requirements:

• 5+ years developing in Unity
• 4+ years of excellent c# 7.0+ /.net 4.6+
• 2+ years’ experience in managing people and leading a team
• 4+ years in mobile game development
• Experience with asynchronous programming methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pluses:

• Unity Game Expert certification
• iOS and Android development experience
• Experience creating tools and workflows in Unity Editor
