Art Director

Within this role you will be responsible for:

• Close cooperation with game director
• Creation and maintenance of artistic vision of a project
• Close cooperation and supervision for concept artists
• Art Bible creation
• Mentoring and providing feedback to the team members

Feel free to apply if you have:

• At least one AA+/AAA project delivered/completed in full lifecycle,
• Previous experience in managing and leading art teams,
• High attention to details,
• Fluency in English,
• Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

It would also be nice if you:

• Previous experience as producer,
• Hands-on experience as a illustrator/concept artist (in the gaming industry preferably),
• Passion for horrors.
