As a Marketing Motion Designer at Rage Quit Games, you will shape the visual appeal of our User Acquisition campaigns for our three exciting RPG products. Your main responsibilities will include creating captivating video ads, conducting in-depth research into industry trends, brainstorming innovative concepts, and utilizing AI tools to enhance our marketing efforts. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract and engage players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging video ads for User Acquisition campaigns.
• Research and analyze industry trends and standards to inform creative decisions.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for marketing materials.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the effectiveness and creativity of video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency and quality across all video content.

• Extensive experience in creating eye-catching video ads and motion graphics.
• Proficiency with video editing software, 3D graphics, particle systems, and texturing.
• Comfortable with or eager to learn the Unity3D environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity in video design.
• Proficient in English, capable of reading documentation and occasional conversations.
