Pixel Trapps Sp. z o.o., is looking for an experienced Community Manager to be part of our exciting journey into the web3 space with our game “Shelter of Exiles”.

Your Responsibilities:

As our Community Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping our brand's presence and connecting with our audience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Community Building: Grow and nurture our community. Your creativity will help build a vibrant and active community of authentic, human members.
• Communication Strategy: Develop and implement engaging strategies for our social media channels.
• Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day social media activities, including posting, engaging with followers, and monitoring discussions
• Marketing Campaigns: Create compelling marketing campaigns that captivate our audience
• Discord community management- professional experience.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should bring the following skills and experience:

• NFT Industry and Digital Art Knowledge: A strong understanding of the NFT industry and its implications on digital art and entertainment.
• Content/Social Media Marketing: Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the entertainment space. Demonstrated success in community engagement and growth.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bonus Skills: Photo/video editing capabilities enabling you to create appealing content

Success Metrics:

Working directly with COO and the CEO, your performance will be measured based on the following factors:

• Community Growth: Your efforts will be reflected in the size and engagement of our community, measured at 3, 6 and 12 months
• Engagement: authenticity of our community, ensuring it comprises real humans sharing.
• Influencer Impact: Onboarding influential figures within the community
• Customer Conversion: Successfully translating community engagement into loyal customers for our platform
