Art Director

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Art Director for a team developing 2D/3D games for web and mobile platforms. We have 70+ titles translated into over a dozen languages, 2 billion rounds played and clients from all over the world. We use our own engine and we care about the quality of the code. We offer more than just fruit Thursdays, and above all - we love games, and we love making them together. Everyone in the team has an impact on the creative process and the final look of the project.

What kind of tasks you will be facing with us?
● managing the work of a team of 2D graphic designers and animators, starting from the design stage up to the final production effects
● contributing to the conception and visualization of new 2D game/slot projects, compliant with the design brief
● ensuring that the correct direction of the team's work, artistic consistency and a high level of quality are maintained
● systematizing the team's work and controlling its timeliness
● keeping up to date with global trends in the gaming/slot market

We’re waiting for someone like you, if:
● you have experience of working in digital painting and 2D animation projects (proven experience in these types of projects would be welcome)
● you have the ability to give projects the desired style with an aesthetic flair
● you are highly motivated to work in the production of games of chance/slot games, you want to improve them and create new ones together with us
● you feel comfortable in activities related to the coordination and organization of a team's work
● you are good at organizing your own work on simultaneous projects
● you are consistent in action, task-oriented and focused on achieving the best possible work results
● you are a creative person and open to new ideas
● you have practical knowledge of issues related to 2D graphics and animation using, for example: Photoshop, Spine, After Effects
● you have the ability to work and communicate in English

An additional advantage will be:
● experience in an identical or similar position: Art Director, Art Lead, Game Producer
● experience in or a close interest in the gaming/slot industry
● experience of working with project management systems (e.g. Jira)
