Join Our Team as a Narrative Designer/Writer!

About Us:
Purple Ray Studio is an independent game development studio, composed of a team of several experienced developers. Following the release of our first game, Boti Byteland Overclocked, we are now working on a new, stylized project with a darker theme.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Narrative Designer/Writer to join our team and help shape the story of our new project.

What you’ll do:

• Create and shape main story of the game in line with the Creative Director guidelines,
• Write engaging dialogues for characters,
• Cooperate with design team on writing all the necessary documentation regarding game story and other game elements,
• Cooperate with the team on Storyboards creations.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 3+ experience in gamedev field and at least 1 commercially shipped title,
• A portfolio showcasing writing examples and game titles,
• Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine,
• Proficiency in both Polish and English languages.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Arcweave tool,
• Passion for Poesque themed stories,
• Sketching skill,
• Knowledge of games market.
