Environment Concept Artist (specialist/senior)

BLANK explores bold ideas to create high-quality games that leave a lasting impression in the world of electronic entertainment.

We’re currently seeking a talented Senior Environment Concept Artist with a deep understanding of color theory to join our team. As part of our studio, you will work on our upcoming projects, creating visually stunning environments that captivate our players and contribute to the overall gaming experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling environment concepts that are both artistically impressive and technically feasible.
• Collaborate with the art and design teams to develop the visual direction for our games.
• Utilize strong understanding and application of color theory to create mood, guide player focus and enhance game narratives.
• Deliver work within the agreed-upon project deadlines.
• Contribute to the creation and iteration of game assets with feedback and creative input.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Environment Concept Artist in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding and application of color theory.
• Exceptional ability to create mood, lighting, and atmosphere in environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Very good command of English
• Passion for video games
