The growth division has played a prominent role in our company's performance, and we are looking to strengthen the department with a 3D Video Generalist.

What is this job all about?

The 3D Video Generalist will be a crucial member of our creative team, responsible for producing high-quality 3D animated content and motion design for 30-second video ads targeted at mobile game audiences. This role requires a versatile skill set in 3D animation, lighting and rendering, motion design, editing, and audio design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cinematography and the ability to balance quality with speed, understanding the performance marketing context. They will work closely with the creative team to develop visually stunning and engaging ads that effectively promote mobile games.

What will you be doing?

• 3D Animation: Creating high-quality 3D animations, ensuring they are engaging and align with the creative vision for mobile game ads;
• Lighting and Rendering: Applying effective lighting techniques and rendering 3D models to achieve visually appealing results that enhance the overall look and feel of the videos;
• Motion Design: Developing compelling motion graphics that integrate seamlessly with 3D elements, enhancing the visual storytelling;
• Editing: Editing video content, combining various elements including animation and VFX, to produce polished and cohesive final ads;
• Audio Design: Incorporating sound effects, music, and voiceovers to create a complete and immersive audio-visual experience;
• Cinematography: Utilizing strong cinematographic skills to frame shots, control pacing, and enhance the narrative through effective use of camera angles and movements;

What are we looking for?

• Experience with 3D video production;
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine (+ other 3D software of choice if needed) and Adobe Suite software (AE, Premiere) for various aspects of production;
• Balancing high-quality output with the need for quick turnaround times, understanding the performance marketing context and prioritizing efficiency without compromising essential quality;
• Working closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and incorporate feedback into final products;
• Having a keen interest in gaming, video ads, and video art in general;
• Embracing a proactive mindset, finding solutions independently whenever necessary to drive progress;
• Excellent command of English.
