Duties:
- Designing, prototyping, integrating and documenting game mechanics, systems and development tools in a FPP/TPP game developed in Unreal Engine 5
- Expanding, analyzing and balancing existing gameplay systems
- Proposing original solutions that fit into the vision of the game
- Active cooperation with other teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in GameDev as a tech/game/gameplay designer
- Deep understanding of multiplayer game mechanics and limitations.
- Ability to diagnose, communicate and solve technical issues.
- Proficiency in Unreal engine and visual scripting (Blueprints)
- High independence and ability to work within deadlines
- Highly developed communication skills and proactive, positive attitude
- Good knowledge of English language for team communication B1/B2
Nice To Have:
- Experience in developing multiplayer games
- Basic knowledge of C++ and understanding programming patterns
- One or more commercial games shipped
- Interest in game market trends
Our Offer:
- Fair salary: 8000 - 14000 PLN, based on your skill and experience
- Yearly Bonus: participation in 10% of the revenue from game sales after game release
