Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager (AAM) to join our dynamic Account Management team. The AAM will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers and the Head of Account Management in ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, reports, and client documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Account Managers: Assist the team of Account Managers in day-to-day activities, including preparing analytical reports, managing client communications, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Promotions & Game Lists: Collaborate with the team to prepare and update analytical reports on promotions, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Compile and maintain game lists for clients, ensuring they are tailored to each client's needs.
• Data Organization: Collect, organize, and analyze data to support the Account Management team. Ensure that all data is correctly entered into the CRM and easily accessible for the team.
• Contract & Document Summaries: Prepare summaries of contracts and other essential documents for easy reference by the Account Management team and other stakeholders. Ensure all documents are filed correctly and are readily accessible.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, documents, and other relevant information. Ensure that all client interactions and updates are logged accurately and timely.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, client activities, and other key metrics for the Head of Account Management and CCO. Ensure that all reports are accurate, insightful, and delivered on time.

Required Competencies:

o Technical Proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting; Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint for document and presentation preparation.
  • Google Workspace: Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive for collaboration and document management. -CRM Software: Experience with CRM tools like Salesmate, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent, with the ability to manage and update client records efficiently.
  • Analytical Tools: Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.

o Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, especially when handling data, reports, and client information.

o Communication:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to distil complex information into concise summaries and reports.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:
  • Ability to analyse data and trends to assist in decision-making.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
