The studio behind the critically acclaimed BLACKTAIL, a first-person, surreal action-adventure game, where the story of Baba Yaga comes to life.

We’re looking for an experienced HEAD OF STUDIO to lead our team to new heights. You’ll be responsible for the overall management of the studio, ensuring that our creative vision is realized, our projects are delivered on time, and our team members are supported and motivated.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all studio operations, including project management, team leadership, and day-to-day administration
• Work closely with the Creative Director and leadership team to align the studio’s operations with its strategic goals
• Foster a positive and collaborative studio culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure that all projects are delivered successfully
• Lead recruitment, development, and retention of top talent, ensuring that the studio is equipped to meet its creative and operational goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, stakeholders, and clients

ESSENTIAL

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the gaming industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing game development teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the game development process, from concept to launch
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Fluent in Polish and English
