Hi! We are One More Level – a still-growing team of over 60 people, both seasoned veterans and talented newcomers to the game development field. We create fast and action-packed games. Our last title – Ghostrunner – was well received, with over 92% positive reviews on Steam. Also we have recently published Ghostrunner 2 which was nominated to Game Awards!

We want to create unique, bold and conceptually independent games that can challenge AAA productions in terms of audiovisual setting. We believe in team spirit, shared vision of our projects and transparency – every aspect of our work is based on these values.

We are looking for experienced people for our next project: Cyber Slash.

Title

We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of Brand Manager!

Responsibilities:

  • Taking care and management of selected IPs from One More Level portfolio,
  • Serving as a central point in our Marketing Team, coordinating marketing processes of selected brands,
  • Building creative and inspiring brand strategy plans, including defining the USPs, solidifying the market position, based on player expectations,
  • Putting on the Project Manager’s hat for the team involved in the brands' lifecycle,
  • Development and execution of the best marketing strategies with the whole team and our partners,
  • Analyzing marketing activities and conducting essential research,
  • Research and communicate current market trends and competitive activity company-wide,
  • Management of the allocated marketing budget in cooperation with the Finance Business Partner & Head of Studio,
  • Cooperation with the marketing team, other departments of OML, our developers and 1st Parties,
  • Developing effective marketing solutions that will delight players and have high ROI,
  • Creating and controlling the campaign budget, presenting campaign plans and progress to the team and management,
  • Planning product promotion at international industry events and participating in them,
  • Creation of the necessary reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing/brand management (min. 3 years exp) (video games/entertainment industry preferable),
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaign strategies for dedicated brands, experience in managing budgets,
  • Excellent understanding of marketing strategies, especially digital ones,
  • Creative and strategic thinking,
  • Good organization and time management ability,
  • Excellent knowledge of video game industry & being passionate gamer,
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills,
  • Having a strong command of English both written and spoken.
