Requirements:

✔️ A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a game designer.
✔️ Proven track record with at least two titles successfully shipped, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality games from concept to completion.
✔️ In-depth understanding of game design theory and current industry trends, with a particular emphasis on simulation games.
✔️ Strong analytical skills to evaluate game mechanics and player experiences.
✔️ Familiarity with design documentation tools like Confluence, Miro, or similar.
✔️ Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between design, production, and business aspects in game development.
✔️ Ability to balance creative vision with practical considerations, ensuring projects are feasible and aligned with business goals.
✔️ Excellent interpersonal skills to give and receive constructive feedback.
✔️ Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and playtesting sessions.
✔️ A deep passion for gaming, with a broad understanding of various genres and platforms.
✔️ Proficiency in English at a B2/C1+ level, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with international partners.

Nice to have:

✔️ Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5;
✔️ Experience in designing console games;
✔️ Experience in one or more fields:
Level design;
UI/UX design;
Narrative writing;
✔️ Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodology.
✔️ Blueprint/basic programming skills are a plus. 
✔️ Experience in leading and mentoring a team of designers.
✔️ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
✔️ Experience in using analytical tools to measure and optimize game performance and player engagement.
✔️ Knowledge of live operations, including updates, events, and player engagement tactics.
✔️ Active participation in gaming communities and a keen understanding of player needs and expectations.
✔️ A passion for motorization.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Taking full ownership of game features from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and engaging gameplay experiences.
✔️ Defining and documenting the vision, mechanics, and rules for game features, aligning them with the overall game design and project goals.
✔️ Creating and maintaining detailed and clear project documentation, including design documents, flowcharts, and prototypes.
✔️ Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
✔️ Working closely with production, code, art, and level design teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality game development.
✔️ Conducting in-depth research on topics related to the project to ensure authenticity and innovation.
✔️ Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating new ideas and technologies into the game design.
✔️ Actively participating in playtesting sessions, gathering feedback, and iterating on game features based on player and team input.
✔️ Assisting in planning and scheduling design tasks to meet project deadlines and milestones.
