Production Coordinator

NOLABEL is looking for a talented Production Coordinator, who will assist Producers manage the overall process of creating Visual Effects for Feature Films, TV series or Commercials. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting the VFX Producer with daily administrative tasks
Scheduling meetings and handling the daily production calendar
Minutes taken in meetings and review sessions
Research reference material
Consolidating the feedback from clients
Assisting Producers with coordinating with the crew
Search for freelance artists and vendor studios
Adding necessary information to the database
Support with setting up daily tasks for the crew

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Basic knowledge of Film and Post-Production Industry
Understanding of overall project workflow
Highly organised, punctual with clear communication skills
Database, spreadsheet and word processing experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform calmly and prioritise tasks
Reliable, independent, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Good English language skills

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Attention to detail
Creative thinking
Knowledge of Flow software
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
