Mid Unity Developer

Are you passionate about gaming and eager to make your mark in the industry? Look no further! We're a dynamic and ambitious small company working on our first mobile Tycoon game – Intermodal Tycoon.
We are currently seeking a talented Mid Unity Developer to join our crew and help bring our vision to life. So far we have completed the MVP of the game and we’re looking to expand the team with another experienced Unity Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborating closely with game designers, artists, and fellow developers to conceptualize, develop, and refine game features and mechanics
• Optimizing game performance for mobile devices while maintaining visual fidelity
• Debugging and fixing issues to ensure smooth performance across various mobile devices
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and code comments

Requirements:

• Proficiency in C# and Unity3D
• Ability to write clear, well-structured code
• Be able to work with large, complicated projects
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Prior involvement in the development of at least one published game and/or a minimum of 2 years as a Unity Developer
• Ability to thrive in collaborative team environments, collaborating closely with game designers, producers, and art department
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written, necessary for working with English documentation

Nice to have:

• Previous iOS/Android development experience
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience implementing user interfaces
• Familiarity with JIRA
