Office work/hybrid

Daily tasks
Lead the Game Design and be responsible for game experience, help us build better balance and bring joy to our game. You will be part of a cross-team with the support of the production team.

*Design and refine gameplay mechanics that follow the creative direction, while also being open to challenging and pushing those boundaries when necessary.
*Imagine the best gameplay or game mechanics for the experience and help us to bring the to be part of game
*Guide the development of gameplay features from prototype to polished release, refining and iterating on designs as needed to align with your vision.
*Provide creative input and collaborate with team to bring game vision to life
*Work closely with the Core Team of the project, ensuring objectives and creative direction are reflected in the game’s features.
*Mentor and develop game designers by providing guidance and helping them grow professionally, advancing in their roles.

Qualifications
*Experience in the gaming industry, with at least 2-3 years or one published project
*Strong skills in using the Unity Engine
*Proven experience in game design, having led or contributed to the shipping of at least one title as a Senior Game Designer.
*Proactive and supportive team player, fostering collaboration across the development team.
*Professional and structured approach to game design and production workflows.
*Know when to compromise in the face of many different opinions about how a game should develop
