Frostpunk: The Board Game and Apex Legends: The Board Game. But our journey doesn’t stop there! We're currently working on tabletop adaptations of Dying Light, Don’t Starve, and Diablo, with more exciting projects to be announced soon.

Job Description 🎯

We are seeking an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our processes across international markets. From prototype development to large-scale deliveries, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations throughout the production cycle.

This role involves working closely with external logistics partners, manufacturers, and our customer service team, as well as identifying cost-saving opportunities and reliable suppliers. A strong sense of deadlines, thinking ahead, and planning are essential to this position. You will collaborate with external logistics companies, manufacturers, customers, and B2B partners, all within the frame of a yearly schedule that you will help to shape.

Key Responsibilities 🎲

• Production: Planning and organizing production, gathering offers, negotiations; quality control.
• Logistics: Planning and organizing logistics, gathering offers, negotiations.
• Customer Service: Managing the customer service department, overseeing and coordinating activities, developing customer service procedures and standards, monitoring customer service quality indicators (response time, etc.).
• Supplier Relationship Management.
• Planning and technical organization of events.

Key Qualifications 🧩

• Proven track record in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Ability to conduct constructive discussions and negotiations with partners.
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills combined with excellent work organization.
• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher, both spoken and written).
• Initiative and commitment.

• Experience in e-commerce.
• Experience working within an international team.
• Knowledge of logistics software.
• Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms and board games.
