Hi! We are One More Level – a still-growing team of over 60 people, both seasoned veterans and talented newcomers to the game development field. We create fast and action-packed games. Our game – Ghostrunner – was well received, with over 92% positive reviews on Steam. Also we have recently published Ghostrunner 2 which was nominated to Game Awards!

We want to create unique, bold and conceptually independent games that can challenge AAA productions in terms of audiovisual setting. We believe in team spirit, shared vision of our projects and transparency – every aspect of our work is based on these values.

We are looking for experienced people for our next project: Cyber Slash.

We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of Junior Gameplay Designer / Gameplay Designer!

Responsibilities:

• Ability to design and implement particular elements in game (under supervision),
• Designing and implementing systems like: movement, combat, character progression (under supervision),
• Constant communication within the team and between departments,
• Creating and controlling the difficulty curve of gameplay,

Requirements:

• Konwledge of the necessary software (UE4/UE5, Jira, VCS),
• Knowledge of UE4/UE5 blueprints visual scripting,
• Good communication and problem-solving skills,
• Willingness to learn,
• Work based in our office in Kraków,
• Very good knowledge about Game Industry and Video Games (especially Soulslike & FPP),
• Openness for new ideas and creative approach to different issues during production,
• Decision making ability and very good communication skills,
• Knowledge of English at a level that enables understanding and creating documentation (B2/C1).
