Game description
We’re currently working on an AAA dark fantasy RPG—the first title of a planned saga set in our own brand-new universe. The visual style of animation is grounded and realistic.

As a Junior Lawyer you will have the chance to engage in a variety of legal support activities across the company’s projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with contractors and creators, analyzing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with the data protection team to ensure GDPR and privacy standards are met and will support the development of internal policies.

Responsibilities:

  • ongoing support for the legal department in preparing, negotiating, and concluding agreements with contractors and creators;
  • assistance in identifying and analyzing legal risks associated with the company's projects, including reviewing licensing agreements;
  • analysis and review of contracts for compliance with legal regulations and company standards;
  • cooperation with the data protection team to ensure compliance with GDPR and other privacy protection regulations;
  • support in developing and updating internal company policies in line with legal requirements;
  • monitoring legal changes that may impact the company's operations.

Requirements:

  • completed law studies in Poland;
  • at least 6 months of experience working in a law firm or legal department;
  • good knowledge of copyright law, civil law, and data protection regulations;
  • communication skills, strong work organization, and time management abilities;
  • very good command of English, especially legal terminology.

Nice to have:

  • enrollment in a legal apprenticeship;
  • experience in the technology or media industry;
  • knowledge of labor law and commercial law.
