Responsibilities:

• Working with the Creative Director to bring the larger vision into the particulars of the project
• Organizing game design pipelines
• Providing design when it’s needed
• Leading a team of game designers - decide who is best suited for what project and train the design team to strengthen their capabilities
• Help producers organize design tasks and estimate the durations
• Providing feedback from the designers within the team

Requirements:

• Ability to work in the office (Kraków)
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
  
• At least two years of experience in a similar Lead position or at least one shipped project

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5.
  
• Ability to prototype your ideas independently.
