Community Manager

DRAGO entertainment, a game studio from Cracow, is looking for a motivated and creative Community Manager to join our fast-growing team.

Your primary focus will be on the following titles:

⛽ Gas Station Simulator: Turn a desert gas station into a roadside paradise. Watch out for Dennis and UFOs!

🐺 Winter Survival: Brave the cold, survive the wild, and try not to eat your last chocolate bar in the first hour.

🍔 Road Diner Simulator: Revive an abandoned diner opposite your gas station. Because who doesn't want pancakes after refueling?

📋 Responsibilities:
• Engage in communication with the audience, mainly focusing on Steam and Discord.
• Keep track of Steam reviews of our games.
• Create engaging content for Discord.
• Create comprehensive community management strategies.
• Confident in answering problems and questions from our community.
• Taking care of the image in community hubs.
• Communicating with the team will be on a daily basis.
• Gather players' feedback about our games and provide it to the team.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports.

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the video game industry.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Experience in running and moderating community on Discord and other channels.
• Experience planning and leading communities.
• Following the latest trends in the gaming industry.
• Co-hosting livestreams.

🌟 Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Passion for video games.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
