We are a Lithuanian-based digital creative studio since 2012 operating worldwide and focusing on games porting and development services, including VR/AR solutions and art outsourcing services.
If you would like to contribute to the development of world-class games, you are keen to grow yourself and work in a supportive working environment – come to us! We are looking for an experienced freelance 3D artist to work with us in 2025 Q1.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D models of characters, environments, and props, including texturing, UV mapping, and optimization for game engines (Unity/Unreal).
• Collaborate with concept artists, animators, and game designers to ensure assets align with the visual style and gameplay needs.
• Integrate assets into the game engine, including setting up shaders, materials, and testing for visual quality.
• Optimize assets for performance, ensuring efficient poly counts, textures, and LODs for smooth gameplay across platforms.
• Assist in scene assembly and lighting, contributing to the overall visual storytelling and atmosphere of the game.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, ZBrush, 3ds Max) and texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, ZBrush, Mudbox).
• Experience with game engines (Unity or Unreal Engine), including asset integration, materials, and basic shader setup.
• Strong artistic skills, with a solid understanding of anatomy, lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques, including low-poly modeling, UV unwrapping, and creating LODs for performance.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D models, textures, and completed game assets.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and iterate effectively.

Extra pluses:
• Experience with character rigging and animation
• Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or custom tools in 3D software and game engines.
• Knowledge of procedural tools like Houdini for creating complex, dynamic assets and environments.
• Understanding of PBR workflows and advanced shader development for realistic or stylized materials.
