We’re currently working on AAA, story-driven RPG saga for PCs and next-gen consoles in Unreal Engine 5. We are looking for Lighting Artists with diverse experience to join our Environment Art team and bring our artistic vision for our new IP to life!

You would have the pleasure to:

• Use lights and shadows to drive narrative story and convey emotional experiences
• Ensure artistic style and quality in cooperation with our exceptional Art Director - Bartłomiej Gaweł
• Cooperate with the tech art team to achieve the best possible visual quality of the game within the hardware and software limits
• Help developing pipelines for lighting workflows
• Exceed the boundaries and establish new quality of Environment Art - seriously, that is our goal

What we require?

• Few years of Video Game industry experience would be nice - but it is all about how good and passionate about your work you are
• Experience with Open World lightning
• Great sense of scale, proportions, and composition
• Knowledge of color theory and lighting techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership
• Fluent English
• Good self-motivation and self-management skills
• Experience with cutscene lighting would be an additional value

Where from?

• From wherever you feel comfortable. We have an excellent office in Warsaw (Dereniowa street), but it’s up to you if you want to show up there.
