Anshar Studios is looking for talented Senior/Expert Tech Programmer to join our team on site in Katowice, Poland to help us develop games using Unreal Engine.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting games development on current and next gen consoles.
- Implementing advanced systems and tools.
- Debugging Unreal Engine and game code.
- Implementing certification requirements.
- Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks.
- Refactoring/rewriting the project code to adhere to specific platform needs.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of programming experience.
- C++ language proficiency.
- Unreal Engine proficiency.
- Exceptional debugging and profiling skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good understading of game engines internals.
- Ability to work in large codebase.
- Experience with VCS (preferably Perforce).
- Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).
- Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).
Pluses:
- Familiarity with new UE5 core features.
- Familiarity with other programming languages (C#, Python, Java, C, Lua).
- Perforce Proficiency.
- Passion for video games.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
