The studio behind the critically acclaimed BLACKTAIL, a first-person, surreal action-adventure game, where the story of Baba Yaga comes to life.

We’re seeking a SENIOR CONCEPT ARTIST to join our team and bring our creative vision to life. Collaborating with the Creative Director and Lead Artist, you’ll craft stunning designs, from characters and creatures to environments and props, shaping the artistic direction of our games.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating a broad range of creative and inspiring designs, including environments, characters, props, and UI elements
• Developing illustrations and marketing materials to support promotional efforts
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure concept designs align with the project’s workflow and technical requirements
• Working closely with the Creative Director and Lead Artist to ensure designs align with the game’s vision and storytelling goals

ESSENTIAL

• Excellent design skills
• 5+ years of professional experience focused on conceptual artwork
• Creativity, sense of taste, and an excellent eye for lighting, value, color and details
• Effective creative problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges
• Strong collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills
