The studio behind the critically acclaimed BLACKTAIL, a first-person, surreal action-adventure game, where the story of Baba Yaga comes to life.

As our team constantly expands, we are looking for a resourceful PR & MARKETING MANAGER to champion THE PARASIGHT’s brand and share our unforgettable experiences with the world. In this role, you will ensure our messaging is engaging, authentic, and always aligned with our studio’s philosophy. You will play a pivotal role in building our community, promoting our games, and forging strong relationships with media, publishers, and players alike.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies to promote the studio and its games
• Manage the studio's brand identity, ensuring all communication aligns with our vision and values
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, investors, media outlets, and content creators
• Collaborate with the development team to create compelling marketing materials, including trailers, key visuals, and press kits
• Act as the studio representative at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities

ESSENTIAL

• Proven experience in PR, marketing, or communications within the game development or entertainment industry
• Strong understanding of gaming culture, current trends, and player expectations
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software
• Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various sectors
