The studio behind the critically acclaimed BLACKTAIL, a first-person, surreal action-adventure game, where the story of Baba Yaga comes to life.

We’re looking for an experienced HEAD OF STUDIO to lead our team to new heights. You’ll be responsible for the overall management of the studio, ensuring that our creative vision is realized, our projects are delivered on time, and our team members are supported and motivated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee studio operations, including project management, team leadership, and day-to-day administration
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align the operations with the Studio's strategic vision
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative studio culture that drives creativity, innovation, and excellence
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure that all projects are delivered successfully
• Lead recruitment, development, and retention of top talent, ensuring that the studio is equipped to meet its creative and operational goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners

ESSENTIAL

• 5+ years of experience in a senior management role within the gaming industry
• Proven success in managing a game studio or overseeing operations, ensuring smooth workflows, resource optimization, and team alignment
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward a shared vision
• Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of studio operations, including talent management, budgeting, and external partnerships
• Deep understanding of the game development process, from concept to launch
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize high-level goals, delegate effectively, and make data-driven decisions to support studio growth
• Fluent in Polish and English, with the ability to represent the studio
