Who are we looking for?

We're on the hunt for a Marketing & Community Specialist to become the face and voice of Ludus AI. We need someone who not only gets marketing but also thrives on building and nurturing communities. You'll be crafting high-impact campaigns, managing our online presence, and engaging with our users across all platforms. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fully remote setting, loves a flexible schedule, and is passionate about the intersection of AI and creativity. Deep understanding of AI and its applications in marketing and community building is a must 🧠.

What will you do?

• Craft and execute the marketing strategy for Ludus AI, with a strong focus on community building ✍️.
• Create engaging marketing content (copywriting, graphics, video) that showcases Ludus AI and resonates with our community 🎨.
• Build, manage, and grow the community around Ludus AI across various platforms (Discord, social media, forums, etc.) 🤝.
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns and our presence (social media, Google Ads) 📈.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of marketing, community building, and games/entertainment industry trends 🔍.
• Be the main point of contact for our community, addressing their questions, feedback, and concerns 💬.
• Collaborate with the team on creating promotional materials and community engagement initiatives 🎉.

What we require?

• Practical experience in using various AI tools on everyday basis (using only ChatGPT is not enough here, sorry.)
• Experience in a similar role, especially in the tech and/or gaming space, with a proven track record in both marketing and community management.
• Practical knowledge of marketing and community management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tik Tok, Discord, etc.).
• Ability to create engaging content that doesn't suck.
• Creativity and an innovative approach to marketing and community building.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and a thirst for learning - especially in the field of AI.
• Independence and excellent work organization - we're fully remote, remember?
• Solid command of English (min. B2, C1 is preferred).
• Meme expertise - seriously, we need someone who gets it.

Nice to have:

• Proven track record of using AI in marketing and community management 🏅.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools ⚙️.
• Skills in creating graphics and simple animations or videos 🎬.
• Interest in game engines and new tech 🎮.
• Experience working in a startup or dynamic environment 🌟.
