Community Manager

Movie Games S.A. is looking for a Community Manager! You will be working in our Warsaw office or remotely. We are a global publisher of indie and indie premium games on PC and consoles. We work with many talented studios, and our mission is to reach as many video game fans as possible, offering them great gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Be directly responsible for our communities and social media (Discord, Reddit, Facebook, X, Meta, Steam forum),
• Prepare engaging and creative content in collaboration with the Marketing Team (posts, graphics, videos, live streams),
• Monitor, report and recommend actions on key performance indicators across all platforms - weekly reports,
• Identify and build relationships with influencers and key members of the gaming community,
• Gather players' feedback about our games and provide it to the team,
• Supporting the marketing team in immediate tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Mid-level skills are welcome, but we will consider any applicant,
• Knowledge of social & community platforms is required. Knowledge of third-party social tools for content management, listening, and analytics is appreciated,
• A very good command of the English language, both written and spoken,
• Copywriting skills,
• Strong understanding of building and maintaining the growth of video game communities,
• Experience in running and moderating community on Discord and other channels,
• Passion for video games and a degree of knowledge about the gaming industry,
• Steam and streaming platform knowledge is welcome but not required. We can teach you.

We are offering you:

• Flexible Salary Ranges dependent on experience, skill and final responsibilities.
• Employment-based on a specific-task contract or B2B,
• Flexible start/end times - 8 hours work with Core Hours 10:00-16:00,
• Friendly team.

What is the recruitment process like at Movie Games?

• Send us your CV and/or portfolio (if you have some creative works to show). If we think you’re a fitting applicant, we’ll schedule an online interview.
• We’ll meet and talk generally to better know each other. If we click together, we’ll send you a couple of our games, asking you to create something fun for the community. We can also ask you about how you’d react to a couple of tricky situations.
• We’ll need some time to talk also with other applicants and judge their submitted work. When we’re ready, we’ll let you know our decision.
