We are looking for a Studio Operations Assistant to join an entirely new team based in Poland, focused on co-developing titles within the Snail Games USA portfolio.
In this role, you will support day-to-day operations, combining administrative, HR, and business tasks to help the studio run efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to shape the studio’s growth and culture while working with creative teams from around the world.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, prepare reports.
- Organize recruitment processes, coordinate onboarding, maintain employee documentation.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Support and preparation of contracts and other business documentation in coordination with legal and operations departments.
- Handle office purchases, correspondence, and ensure clear communication.
- Organize business trips, company events, training sessions, and other activities.
- Support financial tasks like processing invoices, tracking expenses and maintaining office budgets.
- Provide general support for administrative and HR-related tasks.
- Act as a point of contact for team members and external partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, HR, or business support roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Polish and English (C1 level or higher).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR systems, payroll tools, or ATS platforms is preferred.
- A degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field is a plus.
