Associate Producer (with Japanese language)

Founded in 2012, Anshar Studios is looking for a talented ASSOCIATE PRODUCER to join our team in Katowice.

Currently, we're employing over 160 specialists in our studio in Katowice and we are very open to new talented people willing to join us.

Working with Anshar gives you the opportunity to develop your skills, participate in challenging projects, and team up with a bunch of skilled people with a passion for video games.

Responsibilities:

• Project management in SCRUM or KANBAN system (facilitating the entire process) – depending on the project
• Working directly with a Producer and the team to help deliver the games on time and on budget
• Supporting 1-2 projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Good understanding of the video game development industry
• Fluent Japanese (C1/C2 level)
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
• Perfect communication skills
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level)

Pluses:

• Minimum 2 years of game industry experience in business development position working with Japanese companies
• A passion for video games
• Fluent Polish (C1/C2 level)
• Education in related fields (video game creation or management)
