We are on the lookout for a new Power to join our Team working on one of the most exciting boxing game experience - Real Boxing 3! As a Senior 2D Designer you will contribute ideas, create new visual features, and develop visual side of the Game. That can be a new great start in a place built on trust, openness, focus on the outcome, courage and ownership.

Salary: 9-12 k [PLN on B2B]

🥊What are your duties?

1. Working closely with Art Director to define the game's front-end aesthetic.

2. Collaborating with UI/UX Designers to craft an intuitive user experience.

3. Shaping and driving the creative direction for key UI components.

4. Producing cutting-edge, eye-catching 2D art assets for the UI.

5. Developing assets from initial sketches/concepts to finished product.

6. Ensuring game assets are implemented to Unity 3D with top-notch quality.

7. Keeping the UI assets updated and optimized as needed.

8. Offering alternative approaches to solve various UI challenges.

🥊What are the requirements?

1. At least 5 years of experience in a similar 2D Designer role.

2. Experience in mobile game production + multiplayer development experience.

3. Proficiency in: Graphic Design, Illustration, Motion Graphics, and the Adobe CC.

4. Excellent understanding of implementing 2D assets in Unity.

5. Knowledge of repository management.

6. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

7. A keen eye for maintaining consistency in visual identity and branding.

8. Expertise in UI workflows in interactive media, especially for mobile games.

9. Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methods.

10. Staying updated on technologies and committed to continuous learning.
