Your responsibilities:

• leading the team consisting of 2D, 3D, Enviro Artists and UI Designers,
  
• setting goals, priorities, and tasks for the Art Team to ensure smooth production flow,
  
• guiding the team in maintaining and improving set art style,
  
• mentoring and providing feedback to team members,
  
• supporting development of 2D and 3D graphics,
  
• creating interesting concepts,
  
• working closely with Game Director.

Requirements:

• minimum 5 years of experience in the game development industry as 2D or 3D Artist,
  
• at least 2 years of professional experience in team management,
  
• leadership skills: communication skills, sense of ownership, excellent time management, problem-solving attitude,
  
• ability to maintain and improve set art style and share this vision with a team,
  
• at least one shipped title (AA/AAA) as a lead or senior artist,
  
• creativity,
  
• fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of gameplay mechanics in terms of modern video games.
  
• Keeping up to date with current technology trends.
  
• Knowledge of 11 bit studios portfolio.
