Your day at work

• Managing dedicated scrum teams;
• Conducting meetings in the key of the scrum approach: daily, review, retrospectives etc.
• Keeping an eye on priorities in accordance with roadmap objectives;
• Participation in roadmap development;
• Keep track of sprint goals in line with high-level goals
• Ongoing project monitoring and task tracking;
• Identifying and assessing risks;
• Troubleshooting, supporting and motivating the team’s development;
• Ensuring communication within and between teams;
• Daily maintenance of Jira and keeping it up to date.

Are we looking for you? Our requirements:

• Possibility to work in Warsaw office in hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely);
• 5+ years of experience in role of a Producer;
• At least one project conducted in scrum methodology or scrum certification;
• At least one shipped title;
• Good knowledge of Polish and English - B2/C1 level;
• Experience in working with Jira;
• Communication and organizational skills;
• Proactivity and the ability to anticipate problems;
• Independence in day-to-day operations and good work organisation.

Bonus points for…

• Experience and knowledge of Unreal Engine;
• Ability to work in UE blueprints.
