Influencer Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a freelancer or part-time Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us grow our presence in the gaming community. We strongly believe in cultivating genuine, personal, and lasting relationships with content creators. Responsibilities:

• Manage influencer partnerships – Identify, reach out to, and maintain long-term relationships with content creators.
• Coordinate game code and PR package distribution – Ensure smooth and efficient deliveries to influencers.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns – Organize both organic and paid activations, striking at the right strategic moments.
• Negotiate deals and contracts – Define collaboration terms to maximize impact within budget.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance – Report results, optimize strategies, and adjust based on data.
• Stay on top of trends – Research new influencers, relevant games, emerging content formats, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing – Ideally within the gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of gaming platforms and influencers – Experience with not only Twitch and YouTube, but also TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Familiarity with indie & AA game markets – A huge plus if you have experience promoting smaller titles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills – Comfortable engaging with influencers and agencies.
• Knowledge of campaign management & analytics tools – Experience with Keymailer, Lurkit, Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or similar platforms.
• Highly organized and self-driven – Ability to work proactively, test new approaches, and adapt strategies.
• Fluent in English – Most collaborations will be international.

Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
