Superkami is a fully remote studio led by industry veterans. In 2021, we set out to create "Sengoku Dynasty," a cross-genre survival-builder set in Feudal Japan. In August 2023 we released the game into Early Access, and in November 2024 we reached another milestone – the 1.0 launch.

Join us to support Sengoku Dynasty in its post-launch phase and to work on a new project. You will have an opportunity to work in a small, agile team on a game with a large community of devoted fans eagerly awaiting each update. Come aboard and help us shape Sengoku Dynasty into a classic!

Role

Your mission will be to support the development team, so they can be better both individually and collectively at reaching the goals they have before them.

That will usually mean working closely with Lead Producer on:

Documenting, planning and prioritizing work
Facilitating communication and resolving conflicts
Refining development pipelines and team processes based on empirical evidence
Interfacing with the publisher and other stakeholders
Performing other necessary team-support work
