Senior Producer – Grand Strategy / RTS Game

At Play of Battle, we’re looking for a Producer to help keep our team organized, focused, and moving forward as we build an ambitious Grand Strategy / RTS game. We’re a growing team with big goals, and we need someone who knows how to bring structure and clarity — someone who loves games, understands developers, and can support the team through well-planned coordination.

What You’ll Do:
🎯 Own and manage the production pipeline, keeping track of tasks, priorities, and deadlines across multiple departments.
🎯Break down complex creative goals into clear, manageable plans, ensuring the team has everything needed for success.
🎯Coordinate between design, art, tech, and marketing teams to maintain smooth communication and aligned expectations.
🎯Identify roadblocks before they become problems and find smart, practical solutions.
🎯Help balance quality, time, and scope while working within a growing team and limited resources.
🎯Assist in milestone planning, reporting, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the game industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of production tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
✔ Solid understanding of game development pipelines, especially for strategy, RTS, or systems-heavy games.
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills — you’re great at connecting the dots between disciplines.
✔ A proactive, solution-oriented mindset when challenges arise.
✔ Ability to work onsite in Warsaw.

Bonus Points:
⭐ Passion for grand strategy, RTS, or simulation games.
⭐ Experience working on PC games or Unity-based titles.
⭐ Understanding of basic art/tech/design workflows (you don’t have to do it, but you should know how it works).
⭐ Background in military-themed or history-based projects is a plus.
