What is this internship program all about?

By joining TSG as an intern, you’ll become a full-fledged member of the team, which means that you won’t just be learning for three months, you’ll also have a real impact on our products. What will you be doing?

• Create and deliver 2D game assets;
• Creating 2D visuals for in-game advertisements (offers, banners);
• Preparing graphics for the game engine;
• Searching for references needed to carry out the tasks based on set guidelines and consult them with a leader;
• Willingness to learn new things;
• Seeking knowledge, not being afraid to ask questions;
• Collaborating with the product team and work closely with the art and liveops team;
• Participating in the daily life of the art team.

What are we looking for?

• Good knowledge of Photoshop;
• The ability to adapt to the style of the game;
• An artistic sense and a solid foundation in the digital art;
• Good communication skills and teamwork;
• Reliable, self-motivated, curious character;
• Openness to feedback;
• Fluent in Polish and high-level English (at least B2);
• Student status is a plus;
• A Portfolio emphasizing a creative mind and demonstrating experience in digital painting and photobashing (not just illustrations).

Piece of advice:

It’s worth taking a moment to think about which role suits you best. Applying for several positions at once doesn’t really increase your chances. In fact, it might make it seem like you’re not sure what you’re looking for.
