What is this internship program all about?

By joining TSG as an intern, you’ll become a full-fledged member of the team, which means that you won’t just be learning for three months, you’ll also have a real impact on our products. • You want to develop your skills in 3D modeling and see your assets come to life in a real game;
• You’re curious and eager to learn - always ready to experiment, explore new tools, and level up your workflow;
• You’re open to feedback and collaboration, and enjoy working with concept and technical artists to bring ideas into reality;
• You’re someone who asks questions instead of guessing, and you’re not afraid to admit when you don’t know something — because that’s how you grow.

What will you be doing?

• Realistic high and low-poly modeling from concepts or references;
• Creating models of organic and hard-surface objects, and vegetation;
• Collaboration with concepts and technical artists;
• Integration assets to Unity.

What are we looking for?

• Portfolio demonstrating 3d skills;
• Knowledge of 3d packages - preferably Blender or 3ds max;
• Fluent in Polish and high-level English (at least B2);
• Student status is a plus;
• At least basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Substance Painter.

Amaze us with:

• Knowledge of animation;
• Good knowledge of Unity.

Piece of advice:

It’s worth taking a moment to think about which role suits you best. Applying for several positions at once doesn’t really increase your chances. In fact, it might make it seem like you’re not sure what you’re looking for.
