ECUMENE GAMES is a creatively-driven studio focused on developing original, meaningful IP with a bold visual and thematic identity.
In collaboration with Unsin Studio – an award-winning developer with a background in games, VR, and narrative media – we are now building two playable demos that will form the foundation for full game production and publishing partnerships.
We are looking for an Executive Producer who can confidently manage and deliver both projects — while helping us plan what comes next.
You will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of two demos:
Ecumene Aztec – a stylized stealth-action experience with Mesoamerican worldbuilding and level-driven gameplay.
Lightshadow: The Father not revealed yet a third-person narrative demo about guilt, parenthood, and emotional trauma — built with Unsin Studio.
These two projects share a core creative, audio, and tech-art team, while maintaining dedicated designers, programmers, and task structures.
As Executive Producer, you’ll oversee timelines, structure, and delivery, but also contribute directly to building out the scope for full production, budget structure, and creative execution plans beyond the demo phase.
• Lead production from pre-production through delivery on two concurrent demos.
• Build and manage full post-demo production scope and budget for each title.
• Translate creative direction into structured workflows and production milestones.
• Coordinate two partially overlapping teams across disciplines (design, code, art, tech art, audio).
• Monitor velocity, quality, dependencies, and risks — and remove blockers early.
• Support directors and leads in aligning design goals with timelines and capacity.
• Maintain and optimize documentation, scheduling, and team communications.
• Represent production in key strategic conversations around team growth, publishing, and funding.
• Supervise internal documentation, reporting, and delivery tracking — including grant or milestone-based funding reports if applicable.
• Has shipped at least one game from concept to release (indie+ or AA/AAA).
• Has experience running multiple teams or projects in parallel.
• Is confident building full production roadmaps post-demo (timelines, deliverables, budgets).
• Understands how to keep creative and technical teams aligned across dynamic production cycles.
• Can manage complex scopes while protecting vision, motivation, and team health.
• Has experience working with budgets, milestone planning, and cross-functional communication.
• Feels comfortable supporting creative leadership from a production perspective.
• Experience on AA/AAA games or narrative-heavy productions.
• Involvement in R&D / experimental projects, or publicly funded productions (e.g. CRPK, Creative Europe, NCBR, PARP, worldwide & national grant systems).
• Familiarity with grant reporting, milestone documentation, and funding audits.
• Experience with recruitment, team-building, and early-stage pipeline creation.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine / Unity pipelines and asset workflows.
• Key role across two high-potential original IPs.
• Close creative collaboration with studio directors and senior designers.
• A strong voice in scope planning, team building, and creative structure.
• Opportunity to grow into a studio-wide Head of Production role.
• Flexible and human-friendly workflow (remote or hybrid).
• Competitive salary + milestone-based bonus system.
