Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Focused)

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Python and a passion for building and maintaining AI-powered applications. You’ll work on internal tools that drive our AI initiatives, combining your full stack expertise with a deep understanding (or strong interest) in modern AI technologies.

The ideal candidate may come from a machine learning, data science, or engineering background and is comfortable using tools like Claude Sonnet, DeepSeek, and LLMs to improve workflows and product outcomes.

Duties/scope:

• Build and maintain internal tools for AI-driven projects across the full stack.
• Refactor and enhance AI-generated or auto-generated codebases to production standards.
• Leverage frameworks like Claude Sonnet, DeepSeek, etc., to integrate AI into daily development tasks.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to scope and deliver scalable features.
• Explore and integrate new AI technologies to improve user experience and engineering efficiency.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security risks, and tech debt.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, tooling improvements, and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Expertise in Python (Flask) and writing clean, scalable, production-grade code.
• Solid experience maintaining and refactoring code written by AI or autogenerated systems.
• Familiarity with multiple frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or others).
• Exposure to or interest in AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience using AI assistants and LLMs in software development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
