We would like you to join us as a:

Junior Level Designer

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Requirements:

• At least six months of experience in a similar role
• Basic ability to design levels (preparing concepts, project adaptation, maintenance)
• Knowledge of mobile games market
• ndependent problem solving
• Communication skills
• Ability to estimate work time (punctuality and efficiency)
• Analytical skills
• Ability to organize one’s work
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Basic ability to use Unity
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheet
• Basic ability to identify and solve technical problems
• Basic ability to write technical documentation
• Basic ability to write code in order to diversify the level and gameplay

Nice to have:

• A relevant degree is welcome.
• 3D modeling skills (Blender, Maya, or equivalent)
• Sense of scale, proportions, and composition
• Knowledge of the industry and passion for mobile games

Responsibilities:

• Preparing concepts for levels and gameplay
• Designing levels and gameplay
• Adapting levels based on analytical data
• Creating technical documentation
• Maintaining and balancing clarity, difficulty, and accessibility of the levels
• Cooperation with creative teams
