• Or maybe you remember the dread when you tried to log into your account again and again but your password did not work and you almost lost your beloved character?
• If you play online games, at one point you've probably contacted player support. After a few emails you got your precious reward or got the access to your account back. Phew... Ready to take on another adventure!

This is the kind of savior we are looking for right now.

As Junior Player Support Agent you will assist our players in troubleshooting their account issues by handling support tickets, as well as moderate content reported by users. You’ll start with the basics of 1st line support and move on to more complex tasks.

Apart from that, it will be your job to gather feedback and forward all the important information from the issues you handle with players to other teams.

You will interact with our players and reply to all other inquiries they could have about our game.

First of all, you’ll need Fluent English (especially in writing) and courtesy in writing.

Of course there is passion for games and at least basic knowledge about the gaming industry. Again – it might be hard to communicate with gamers if you aren’t one of them.

When people write to us it usually isn’t to tell us how much they adore our games. Something went wrong and they want that fixed so you’ll need the ability to communicate and explain things calmly and with patience.

If you have experience with CRMs like Zendesk - that’s great, but if not - don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything.

Our support team provides coverage every day of the year, with two daily shifts spanning morning through evening. Instead of a fixed weekly schedule, we offer flexible shifts that we plan according to your availability each month.

As part of the recruitment process, we’ll ask about your general availability throughout the week to ensure we can build a well-balanced schedule that works for everyone while ensuring great support for our users.
