Senior Unreal Engine Programmer

Donkey Crew is looking for a passionate Senior Unreal Engine Programmer to join our international team, based in the beautiful city of Wrocław, Poland. If you are enthusiastic about making great PC and Console games in an inspiring and growing environment, and you want to work on our exciting open world title Bellwright made with Unreal Engine 5, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

• Developing and improving core systems for the project.
• Debugging and identifying issues with optimization, bottlenecks and the game’s performance.
• Assisting other departments with technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a programmer.
• Expert-level proficiency in C++ & low-level Unreal Engine 5 programming.
• Experience with optimizing memory and performance.
• Good understanding of Unreal Engine 5 specific features and tools.
• Ability to write clean code that will be easy to maintain or expand.
• Great problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good self-organization skills and ability to take ownership of features.
• Proficiency in English language communication.
