Employment Programming

Your responsibilities:

Prototyping, developing and maintaining gameplay features,
Implementing and supporting cutscenes and dialogues using Sequencer,
Debugging and optimizing gameplay code,
Sharing knowledge and experience within the programming team,
Collaborating closely with design, animation, and audio teams to ensure seamless integration of features.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position,
At least 3 years of professional experience working with Unreal Engine 4/5,
Knowledge of and experience in working with UE Sequencer,
Strong practical knowledge of C++,
Solid understanding of gameplay mechanics in modern video games,
Ability to take ownership and work iteratively on features from design to delivery,
Good communication skills,
Good knowledge of English and Polish (B2 level minimum).
